Profile

Dr. Haritha T Nair earned her Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Her doctoral research was supported by the prestigious DST-INSPIRE Fellowship (JRF and SRF) from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Her doctoral thesis focused on the Hazardous Effects of Microplastics on Aquatic Ecosystems, using tilapia as a Model Species.

She began her academic career as an Assistant Professor at Sacred Heart College, Thevara, where she is committed to teaching, mentoring, and advancing impactful research in environmental sciences.
